By day, Chris runs a finance company, which means he’s naturally methodical, precise, and strategic. But don’t mistake him for a spreadsheet guy in a grey suit, he brings warmth, wit, and humour to everything he does. He’s the guy who’ll have a structured, goal-crushing plan in place before you’ve even laced up your trainers… but he’ll make you laugh the whole way through.
In the gym, Chris is a force. Seriously strong, technically flawless, and backed by competition wins, he’s the one who’ll get you from "just training" to standing at the top of the podium.
