Heres a few answers to common questions our members ask.
  • Is there a contract?

    Yes, our minimum commitment is 3 months. We’ve found this gives members enough time to see real progress and build lasting habits.

  • Can I just do my own workout instead of a class?

    Yes! We offer open gym sessions, where you’re welcome to do your own programming or catch up on a missed WOD. Our space is well-equipped and available during specified hours.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes—plenty of free parking on-site, with easy access from main roads. You won’t have to circle the block before every workout!

  • Are there showers and changing rooms?

    Absolutely. We have clean, modern showers and changing facilities so you can train before or after work and head out feeling fresh.

  • What should I bring to my first session?

    Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have any gear (like lifting shoes or a skipping rope), feel free to bring it, but it's not required.

     

  • Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

    Not at all! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. All workouts can be scaled to match your abilities, and you'll progress at your own pace with guidance from our experienced coaches.

     

  • What is CrossFit, exactly?

    CrossFit is a high-intensity training program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. It's constantly varied, meaning no two workouts are the same. The goal is to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive, community-driven environment.

  • I’ve heard CrossFit is dangerous, is that true?

    Like any physical activity, there’s some risk—but our coaches focus on technique, safety, and smart progressions. You’ll be closely guided, especially in your early sessions, to ensure you’re moving well and staying injury-free.

     

  • I heard CrossFit is just for people who peaked in school?

    Yes. We peaked in school, and now we’re trying to relive the glory days—just with more protein shakes and slightly worse knees.

  • Do you offer drop-ins for experienced CrossFitters?

    Yes! If you’re an experienced CrossFitter visiting the area, we’d love to have you drop in. Just give us a heads-up through the contact form or booking system.
