We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Our classes are designed to challenge every part of you, from strength and stamina to skill and mobility.

Each class has a specific focus, but they all have one thing in common: expert coaching, a supportive atmosphere, and serious results.

Crossfit Workouts

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness training program that combines elements of:

Weightlifting

Cardiovascular training

Gymnastics

Bodyweight exercises

The goal is to build overall strength, endurance, agility, and mobility through constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.

Key Features of CrossFit:

Specialist Classes

Level up your training with focused sessions designed to improve technique, strength, and endurance. Our specialist classes include:

Weightlifting: Build raw strength and perfect form with back squats, deadlifts, and presses.

Olympic Lifting: Master technical lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk in a controlled, coached environment.

Conditioning: High-intensity sessions combining sled pushes, ski-ergs, and burpees — ideal prep for events like Hyrox or Spartan Races.

Mobility Classes: Boost flexibility, improve posture, and speed up recovery. These sessions focus on joint health, movement quality, and injury prevention — helping you train harder and move better, in and out of the gym.

Expert Coaching:
Every specialist class is led by experienced coaches who focus on technique and proper movement patterns. Our team includes British Weightlifting qualified coaches, ensuring you get expert guidance and maximum value from every session.

We train hard, but we also know how to have a good time. From mountain hikes and dog walks to BBQs, Christmas parties, and family days out, our community goes beyond the gym floor.

Heres a few answers to common questions our members ask.
  • Is there a contract?

    Yes, our minimum commitment is 3 months. We’ve found this gives members enough time to see real progress and build lasting habits.

  • Can I just do my own workout instead of a class?

    Yes! We offer open gym sessions, where you’re welcome to do your own programming or catch up on a missed WOD. Our space is well-equipped and available during specified hours.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes—plenty of free parking on-site, with easy access from main roads. You won’t have to circle the block before every workout!

  • Are there showers and changing rooms?

    Absolutely. We have clean, modern showers and changing facilities (separate men & womens) so you can train before or after work and head out feeling fresh.

  • What should I bring to my first session?

    Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have any gear (like lifting shoes or a skipping rope), feel free to bring it, but it's not required.

     

  • Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

    Not at all! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. All workouts can be scaled to match your abilities, and you'll progress at your own pace with guidance from our experienced coaches.

     

  • What is CrossFit, exactly?

  • I’ve heard CrossFit is dangerous, is that true?

  • Do you offer drop-ins for experienced CrossFitters?

  • How do I get started?
