What happens when you pre-sign up?

Click the button below to begin your pre-sign-up on WodBoard. You’ll be asked for some basic information and your bank details.
Don’t worry – you won’t be charged yet. This is simply to set up your membership profile. No payment will be taken at this stage.

We’ll ask for your contact information and a few quick health questions to help us recommend the best membership option for you.
👉 Step 3: We’ll Be in Touch
Once we receive your details, a member of the Fort 47 team will reach out to chat about your fitness goals and confirm the most suitable membership for you, as we want to ensure that we are able to offer you the membership and service to suit your goals.
When Will Payments Start?
✅ No payment is taken when you pre-sign up.
✅ Your first payment will be on September 1st
✅ After that, your membership payments will follow your chosen plan.

Is there a contract?
Yes, our minimum commitment is 3 months. We’ve found this gives members enough time to see real progress and build lasting habits.

Can I just do my own workout instead of a class?
Yes! We offer open gym sessions, where you’re welcome to do your own programming or catch up on a missed WOD. Our space is well-equipped and available during specified hours.

Is there parking available?
Yes—plenty of free parking on-site, with easy access from main roads. You won’t have to circle the block before every workout!

Are there showers and changing rooms?
Absolutely. We have clean, modern showers and changing facilities (separate men & womens) so you can train before or after work and head out feeling fresh.

What should I bring to my first session?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have any gear (like lifting shoes or a skipping rope), feel free to bring it, but it's not required.

Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?
Not at all! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level. All workouts can be scaled to match your abilities, and you'll progress at your own pace with guidance from our experienced coaches.

What is CrossFit, exactly?
CrossFit is a high-intensity training program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. It's constantly varied, meaning no two workouts are the same. The goal is to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive, community-driven environment.

I’ve heard CrossFit is dangerous, is that true?
Like any physical activity, there’s some risk—but our coaches focus on technique, safety, and smart progressions. You’ll be closely guided, especially in your early sessions, to ensure you’re moving well and staying injury-free.

Do you offer drop-ins for experienced CrossFitters?
Yes! If you’re an experienced CrossFitter visiting the area, we’d love to have you drop in. Just visit WodBoard to sign up to a single session via the drop in link.
